ESUGA operates through a well-defined governance and management framework designed to promote accountability, transparency, efficiency and effective service delivery. Our organizational structure establishes clear reporting relationships and responsibilities, enabling coordinated implementation of programmes that improve the wellbeing and dignity of elderly persons.
The structure is led by the General Assembly and Board of Directors, supported by a professional management team responsible for strategic leadership, programme implementation, financial stewardship, governance, communications, administration and community engagement. Through this collaborative approach, ESUGA ensures that resources are effectively managed and that services reach vulnerable elderly populations and communities across Uganda.

This structure illustrates the governance, leadership, management and operational teams that work together to advance ESUGA’s mission of supporting elderly persons through sustainable, community-driven interventions.
