Joel Isabirye serves as the Finance and Grants Officer at Esuga Elderly Support Uganda (ESUGA), where he oversees financial management and supports the administration of grants and programme funding. He plays a key role in ensuring transparent budgeting, financial reporting, and responsible use of resources in line with organizational and donor requirements.

In his role, Joel contributes to strengthening ESUGA’s financial accountability systems and supports the efficient implementation of programmes aimed at improving the wellbeing of elderly persons. His work ensures that financial resources are effectively managed to maximize impact and sustainability across the organization’s initiatives.
