Mr. Musa Balonde serves as the Secretary General of Esuga Elderly Support Uganda (ESUGA), overseeing governance coordination, documentation, and institutional compliance. He plays a key role in ensuring that board resolutions, organizational policies, and administrative procedures align with ESUGA’s legal and operational framework.

In addition to maintaining governance standards, Mr. Balonde supports internal communication, strategic documentation, and stakeholder coordination. His role strengthens transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making within the organization.

Mr. Balonde is a professional Social Worker holding a Bachelors Degree in Social Work  (BSW) from Kampala University, he also holds a Masters degree in Social Service, from Selçuk University, Konya- Turkey. He is a researcher, with interest in elderly persons, gender and migration studies.  Since 2023 to date, Mr. Balonde  serves as the Relations Personnel at Polatiyol Company, Uganda, alongside ESUGA’s community service
